MediaRECOVER Lite is a program that scans your drives for lost photos to recover them. This program will search your hard drives and removable media (such as iPods, digital cameras, memory cards, PDAs) and will attempt to recover those files found, in a folder that you will specify on any drive.
The program´s interface will let you perform the necessary steps in a very easy way. MediaRECOVER will begin asking you which drive you want to scan for lost photos. Once you tell it, it will scan that drive. When it finishes scanning it, it will show you a list of files that can be recovered. You can see them in a tree view or a list view, where you can select a given file. The details about that file will be shown in the lower part of the screen. You can check the status, details and hex dump of every file, along with an image preview or ASCII preview. The Lite version will only allow you to know which files can be recovered, you will need the full version to recover anything. The full product comes bundled with some Acer computers.
